Il nous reste quelques jours avant le grand départ ! Nous organisons donc une réunion d’information avant le départ en visioconférence le lundi 28 mars 2022 à 17H pour tous les parents des élèves qui partiront en voyage scolaire à l’American Village du 11 au 15 avril 2022.
Nous vous rappellerons les informations importantes (pour la valise, le sac à dos EPBI, le protocole sanitaire avant et pendant le séjour, l’organisation de la journée du départ, l’organisation de la semaine, comment prendre de nos nouvelles et commander l’album photo en fin de séjour …).

For all parents of pupils going to
“The American Village” from 11thto 15th April 2022
There are only a few days left before we leave! Therefore we have organized an information meeting just before our departure via videoconference on Monday 28th March 2022 at 5pm for all parents of pupils going to The American Village School trip from 11th to 15th April 2022.
We will give you some important last-minute information (what to pack in your child’s suitcase, in the EPBI backpack, the health and safety protocol before and during the trip, organization of the day we leave, organization of the week, how to get our news and to order the photo album at the end of the trip, …).
You will receive a MEET link by email about 30 minutes before the start time.

Le gouvernement a mis à jour le protocole concernant l’épidémie de Covid.
Ainsi, à compter du 14 Mars 2022,
le protocole de Niveau 1 s’applique
(voir document ci-joint).
Le changement essentiel est que
le port du masque ne sera plus obligatoire
pour les élèves et le personnel
tant à l’extérieur qu’en intérieur (cours).
En revanche, en ce qui concerne le protocole à suivre
en cas de cas confirmé au sein de la classe,
rien ne change par rapport à celui actuellement en vigueur.

The French government has updated
the health and safety protocol concerning the COVID epidemic.
Therefore from Monday 14th March 2022,
the protocol applicable will be level 1 -green.
(Please see the document attached).
The important change for us is that face masks
will no longer be compulsory for both students and staff
inside the classroom and outside in the courtyard.
However, should there be a positive Covid case in a particular class,
the health and safety protocol and the procedure to follow remain unchanged.

À compter du lundi 14 mars 2022, conformément aux instructions officielles,
nous passons au niveau 1 (vert) du protocole sanitaire pour les établissements scolaires.
Le port du masque ne sera plus obligatoire à l’école,
dans les lieux clos, pour les élèves et le personnel.
Si un élève est testé positif à la COVID,
il devra respecter un temps d’isolement de 7 jours
(ou 5 jours en cas de test PCR ou antigénique négatif,
et en l’absence de symptômes depuis 48 heures).
Les autres élèves de la classe sont alors « cas-contact » :
l’enseignement se poursuit en présentiel et un autotest est réalisé à J+2.

From Monday 14th March 2022, following official instructions,
we will adopt the level 1 (green) of the health
and safety protocol applicable to all schools.
Face masks will no longer be compulsory inside classrooms and corridors
within the school, for both pupils and staff.
In case of a positive result in a COVID test,
all pupils need to respect the 7 day isolation period
(or 5 days if a PCR or antigen test result is negative,
and in absence of symptoms for 48 hours).
The other pupils in the class are contacts:
lessons continue as normal and an auto-test is required on D+2
to confirm your child is negative.
